I am a tough critic, after all I am a Taurus. I was caught by surprise with this book. It's not your typical sci-fi end of the world story, there is real world drama anyone can realate to. The characters are so real, I cried several times and got happy when they won out. In short, it kept me mesmerized and that ain't easy. Bring on book two, I need to know what happened to Jay!

EOL Is a thrilling and gripping story that starts as a mystery/drama becomes sci-fi without losing the drama and catapaulats into fantasy. It's genre defying to say the least. The reader plunges into a dystopia future world where a deadly epidemic is sweeping the nation.

A stirring dystopian sci-fi thriller that is also personal and thought-provoking. The detailed world-building is impressive, the ensemble of characters is relatable, and the dark mysteries drive intrigue. But beyond the questions asked of the direction our planet is evolving, the story never loses track of the humanity of the characters and the heartbreak of navigating a world that is dying.
